A Retreat in the making…

Healing No Comments »

Feedback from those taking the seminar in May of  2009 has been exciting.

Some have lost weight and inches ranging (example from a size 20 down to a 14), others have lost weight, inches, and stopped binge eating.  Imagine the reason for the attendance was not about weight.  But solving a problem that is rooted deep within the sub-consciousness can cause another problem to be solved such as weight.

Others have found that we just scrapped the surface with the one day class and desire to go deeper for even more healing and have requested individual sessions.

I have also been asked to do a retreat.  I am considering it.   If you would be interested please notify me by e-mail.

I visited a beautiful place yesterday that I am considering using for the retreat.  It is a healing water retreat, you can swim, sit in hot tubs filled with minerals with  both indoor, outside and private pools, rooms that accommodate up to 4 people  and a conference room.  It is open year round, located in beautiful Sulfur Springs, Colorado.  It was once used by the Ute Indians.   The Retreat would be on a Friday from 1:00 p.m., all day Saturday and Sunday till noon.  I look forward to hearing from you.

You may be wondering:  What was the seminar about?  What is the retreat going to be about? Well it is about the following:

Helping the individual foster the ability to discover and express their maximum potential – physically, emotionally and spiritually as human beings, with an emphasis on consciousness, human dignity, along with innovative tools, methods and techniques with which to direct our own destinies, is known as M.I.N.D.S. New Dynamics Holistic Alternative Psychology. It includes the following and more… positive awareness; self-control development program; conditioning the healing mind; preventing mood swings and anxiety; avoiding depression; raising self-esteem to its highest level; physic health, consciousness, human possibilities, and challenges of body, mind, spiritual development.  Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Guided Imagery along with other tools.

I look forward to hearing from you.
